1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Noccy Days website and any purchases made through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the site.

2. Digital products

Noccy Days sells digital PDF magazines for download.

Immediate delivery and cancellation rights

When you purchase a digital product, you expressly request and consent to immediate delivery of the digital content. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is lost once the digital content download begins.

Refund policy for digital products

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical problem preventing you from accessing your download, please contact us at hello@noccydays.com and we will do our best to help.

3. Submission terms

When you submit a child's writing through our submission form:

  • You confirm that you are the child's parent or guardian and are submitting with the child's knowledge.
  • You grant Noccy Days permission to read and assess the submitted work.
  • If you grant separate publication permission, you grant Noccy Days a non-exclusive licence to publish the work in our magazine and associated digital formats. We will always contact you before publishing and will credit the child by their chosen display name only.
  • The child retains copyright in their work at all times.
  • We will not publish any identifying information about the child beyond their chosen display name.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to submit content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.

5. Intellectual property

The Noccy Days name, logo, and all original site content (excluding submitted children's writing) are the intellectual property of Noccy Days. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of this site without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noccy Days shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
